How do I go about making steps forward

If counselling interests you , I would be able to offer a reduced fee for an initial consultation session to talk further about your concerns and what you have been going through and experiencing ( how counselling will benefit you). We can explore and gain a sense of whether therapy is what you would like and what you want from the therapy. We can look at a day and time that suits you best and whether it will be short or long term work. My sessions are £50 for 50 minutes. I work weekdays and I am available weekends Saturday and Sundays until 9pm.
